Summary

This week, I learned a variety of things. For example, I first learned what the scientific method is. The scientific method is a series of steps that follow when performing an experiment. Then, I learned about the manipulated and responding variable. A manipulated variable is what you change during an experiment. A responding variable is what changes during an experiment. After that, we learned the difference between an observation and an inference. Lastly, we learned about cells and atoms. Cells are the smallest structures that make up all living things. The cell is basic unit of structure and organization in organism. All cells come from pre-existing cells. As you can see, I learned a variety of things.

SP1: Asking Questions and Defining Problems

This week, with some of my table group partners, we ask some scientific question, like 'Is this a manipulated or responding variable?' There were some times where there some difficult problems, but we figured it out.
